OUR STORY
Every business. Every career. Every life has a story. ARK is no different and it is a story worth sharing. ARK Solutions was launched in 2003 with the expressed goal of getting people their jobs with satisfaction, and for client t was about better experience while saving cost. We left working in the large-scale consulting space to provide a more personalized service. We wanted to know the people we worked with; both the client and candidate as well as with our co-workers. We want to unify a team to deliver great experiences and even better solutions. We wanted to create a firm that learned about the families of the people we work with. We wanted a firm that gave back to the community. We wanted to build a successful “Happy” company. Well, we like to say that we have achieved it, but we also have to keep it.
Today, we are a purpose-driven company that’s dedicated to empowering people through the value of opportunity.
